Scope of Services under the Terms of Service Od Studio
Od Studio provides architectural design, interior design, and consulting services internationally. Under these Terms of Service, we guide each project from concept to completion with a focus on innovation, sustainability, and cultural sensitivity. Our work adheres to Peruvian regulations and international standards, ensuring designs are aligned with both local context and global best practices.
Client Responsibilities under the Terms of Service Od Studio
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, necessary documentation, and timely feedback throughout the project. Because collaboration is essential to success, we expect open communication, clear decision-making, and prompt approvals. By accepting these Terms of Service, clients commit to supporting an efficient and cooperative workflow.
Payments and Fees
Od Studio issues invoices in accordance with the agreed project timeline. Fees are calculated based on project scope, design complexity, and any region-specific requirements. Payments may be made in local currencies — whether in Peru, the European Union, or the United States. If payments are delayed, project progress may be paused and administrative charges may apply.
Intellectual Property Rights
All design concepts, renderings, and architectural drawings remain the intellectual property of Od Studio until full payment is received. Once payment is completed, the client obtains exclusive rights to use the final design for their specific project. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of our work is strictly prohibited under Peruvian and international copyright law.
Revisions and Modifications
Each design stage includes a limited number of revisions, clearly outlined in the project agreement. Additional changes or significant design alterations will be considered new services and may involve adjusted fees and timelines. All modifications must be reviewed, approved, and documented prior to implementation.
Limitation of Liability
Od Studio delivers its services with professionalism and care. However, we are not liable for errors or issues caused by third-party contractors, vendors, or construction companies. Our liability is limited to the scope of our design work and obligations under contract. These Terms reflect both Peruvian civil law and international best practices in the architecture and design industry.
Termination of Agreement
Either party — Od Studio or the client — may terminate the agreement if the other fails to fulfill their contractual obligations. In the event of termination, Od Studio is entitled to payment for all completed work and any project-related expenses incurred up to that point.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. For international projects, we also comply with relevant local regulations and honor global standards of professional conduct.
